General Rental Conditions & Information

  • Minimum pre-booking of one month in peak season (July - September)
  • Deposit equal to 50% of rental (min N$1 500.00) payable on confirmation of reservation.
  • Cancellation fees will be charges during peak season.
  • Full payment of rental charges on collection of equipment. Cash or EFT in advance only.
  • Equipment must be returned to pick-up point.
  • Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was accepted, fair wear and tear accepted. Replacement costs for damaged, lost or stolen equipment will be deducted from your deposit.
  • All prices quoted include VAT
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Minimum rental period is three days.
  • Payment strictly cash or EFT in advance.
  • Camping Hire Namibia is not liable for any damage, malfunction or improper use of equipment leading to injuries, personal damage, death and/or loss.
